| บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย | : | Thesis (M.Sc. in Pharm)--Chulalongkorn University, 2003 From the aerial part of Sauropus hirsutus Beille., two new isoquinoline alkaloids, 4-methoxy-2-methyl-7, 8- methylenedioxy-1-isoquinolone and 4, 6-dimethoxy-2-methyl-7, 8-methylenedioxy-1-isoquinolone, a flavan, epicatechin, together with a sterol, Beta- sitosterol, were isolated. Identification of these compounds was accomplished by analysis of their spectroscopy data: UV, IR, MS, 1-D and 2-D NMR, as well as comparison with reported values. |
