บทคัดย่อ/คำอธิบาย :

Existing 2D geometrical data structures are not compatible for analyzing the dynamism of surface water flow, shallow water flow and groundwater structures within a catchment. For instance, the urban runoff has bec~me complex due to the complicated structures and distributions of the buildings, roads and other hardscape objects in qities that need to be complied with soft geometrical objects (i.e. overland flow, streamflow, mudflow). Plenty of existing 3D rainfall-runoff models emphasis on animating runoff process, groundwater process and shallow water process based on captured spatial images and recorded values. However, the limitation of justifying the soft geometrical concept and attribute content of rainfall-runoff spatial objects under multi-layers has become the shortcomings of the system. Thus, the goal of the research is to design a 3D GIS based soft geometrical data model that visualizes the rainfall runoff process. The research attempted to enhance and modify the FRSA by enhancing the spread of runoff and overland flow, which is driven by Kinematic Wave routing method under HEC-HMS model and represented by newly desig~ed soft geometrical data model. The comparison of runoff modelling under three types of projection plane had been analyzed via statistical approach via Coefficient of Determination (R2) and Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (E) method. The outcome from the theoretical and experimental work accomplishes the goal of this research, which is a newly designed 3D soft geometrical data model under conformal, equidistant and equal area projection plane.
